Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy is an investment in your well-being, and choosing the right therapist is an important part of that process. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable exploring life's challenges.

I believe that healing begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, recognizing that every person brings a unique story, set of experiences, and goals. Together, we'll identify obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Throughout my career, I have served as a Clinical Supervisor and spent 18 years as a Senior Dialysis Case Manager, helping individuals and families navigate complex medical, emotional, and life transitions. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being while strengthening my ability to provide thoughtful guidance during times of uncertainty. I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), trauma-focused therapy, grief counseling, and other integrative modalities. Every treatment plan is personalized to reflect your individual needs, values, and goals.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, medical challenges, stress, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, I am committed to helping you gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to empower you with the tools and support needed to build a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.
