I earned both my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work Degrees from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. I am licensed in the state of New York. I am a dedicated professional with a passion for working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with a variety of diverse clients both long term as well as for brief interventions, using various therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.

My approach to therapy

I believe that change happens when people are given the guidance to draw on their own strengths. I use a collaborative approach to help assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. I provide a safe environment of compassion and support to help individuals, couples, and families to overcome obstacles and move forward to succeed.
