Great to meet you!

Beth Kaufman is a licensed professional counselor offering counseling to adults who are creatives, old souls, and highly sensitive people (HSPs). She offers a warm and nurturing style that is focused on developing a value-driven life.

Beth received her M.A. in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. She is a Fellow of the Association of Music & Imagery and completed training for The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music through the Atlantis Institute of Consciousness.

My approach to therapy

My practice and style of therapy is inspired by the natural world and its inherent wisdom. I creatively infuse music, guided imagery, writing, poetry, and intuitive-based practices to uncover your true essence. Uncovering your essence and returning home often brings up grief and loss - like reconnecting with a long-lost friend or loved one after a long period of separation. There is space to grieve and feel what has been stuck or numbed over the years.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to take away a greater sense of worth, feel witnessed and understood by someone who will not judge, foster self-compassion so you become your own best friend, commit to what you value most, and learn to work with emotions in a way that releases old, stuck patterns.
