Great to meet you!

I possess more than 15 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples across a diverse range of ages and backgrounds. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Westfield State University and completed my master's in Social Work at Boston University.

My professional background includes working in Outpatient Mental Health Services, where I held roles as both a Clinician and Supervisor. Additionally, I have experience in Intensive Foster Care and Adoption, as well as providing intensive Family Therapy.

I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and address various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and complex family systems.

My experience carries across to wokring within the school system as a licensed School Adjustment Counselor.

My approach to therapy

My career stems from a deeply rooted passion to empower others as they take difficult steps along their path. To transform obstacles into opportunity. To ignite strength, resilience, and color their path.

I’m trauma informed, strength-based and use an integrated, evidence based approach to therapy.

I'm curious, inquisitive, and mindful when it comes to treatment. I believe humor can be a powerful and effective tool in the healing process.

What you can expect from me

My greatest strength is my immense capacity for empathy and my ability to hold space for others. I aim to create a sense of being seen, heard, and accepted. I often use humor and can be naturally playful when emotional relief is needed or appropriate. I see myself as a guide on your journey, helping you discover the light and resilience that exist along your path. Ultimately, I want you to leave feeling empowered, safe, and connected.

Currently I limited availability and treatment options will be discussed during consult/intake.
