Beth Lerner

Beth is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed certified alcohol and drug counselor, licensed school social worker, registered yoga teacher at the 200 level, certified facilitator of the Nurturing Parenting Program, trained in Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery and The Nurtured Heart Approach.

In our sessions, we will utilize a variety of techniques including strength-based approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches that are individualized to you.

As a therapist, I employ treatments rooted in humanistic and holistic approaches to meet a client where they are, and to work with you to examine options for positive change within your environment. Therapy can provide a safe environment to explore ambivalence, to identify barriers of personal growth, and to develop greater confidence and trust in yourself.
