Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), psychotherapist, and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, my priority is to help individuals and families across Utah achieve lasting emotional wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. For over 29 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people across the lifespan who are navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to foster balance, resilience, and hope in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

Every person’s healing journey is unique. I take an individualized approach that blends psychiatric medicine with holistic and integrative principles. I’m especially passionate about the connection between nutrition, gut health, and emotional well-being. By integrating diet, exercise, mindfulness, and natural remedies into traditional mental health care, I help clients create lasting routines that support both mood and overall vitality.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, concerns, and goals for therapy and medication management. I bring clinical expertise with a warm, patient-centered approach that makes space for openness and trust. Guided by deep appreciation for faith, family, and nature, I offer care that is grounded, practical, and compassionate. Together, we’ll strengthen your coping skills, support emotional regulation, and rebuild confidence—helping you move forward toward a balanced, fulfilling life.
