Great to meet you!

Whether you're facing the anxiety and mood changes of perimenopause, or navigating depression, stress, or a life transition at any stage, you deserve care that treats the whole you. I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and psychotherapist serving adults across Utah through telehealth, with nearly 30 years of experience. I have a special focus on women in midlife and perimenopause — the anxiety, irritability, brain fog, and sleep changes that are so often overlooked — while also caring for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and everyday overwhelm. My care is grounded in a deep appreciation for faith, family, and nature: warm, practical, and judgment-free.

My approach to therapy

I combine medication management and therapy with an integrative approach that connects your mood to your gut health, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle — because emotional well-being isn't separate from the rest of your body. I don't prescribe hormones; I focus on the psychiatric care that stands on its own or complements the work you may be doing elsewhere, whether or not hormones are part of your picture. Every person's healing journey is different, so I tailor treatment to your history, your goals, and what actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about your story, not a checklist. You'll have space to share what's brought you here, what you're struggling with, and what you're hoping to feel again. I'll listen, ask questions to understand the full picture — mind, body, and lifestyle — and together we'll build a clear, practical plan for next steps, whether that's medication, therapy, integrative strategies, or a combination. You'll leave the first visit knowing what the path forward looks like.
