Great to meet you!

People are my passion. After working in the mental health field for the last 15 years, I have learned that everyone has a unique story and circumstances. I got my Masters of Social Work through Walla Walla in Billings MT. After that I had the privilege of working with underprivileged youth with severe mental health needs. This is where I obtained my clinical license. After that I was able to attain more specialized training and experience in a cutting edge medical practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through evidence based practices I has been show that you have the ability to change and be the best version of you. Whether you are just needing a little help to get through this season or struggling with a lifelong mental health condition, therapy is there to help and treatment can lead to recovery. I respect the balance between meeting people where they are at and achieving goals. Utilizing person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic body/breath work.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to have people feel assured about themselves and having the tools to handle what may come. Whether there is a specific goal in mind or just needing some relief treatment can result in recovery!
