My approach to therapy

Using cognitive behavioral approaches, I help clients rethink how to react, reframe and reimagine their choices and relationships and help recognize unhealthy patterns of behavior. In addition, clients of all racial and ethnic backgrounds improve functioning within the context of their culture and religious orientation.

What you can expect from me

It is important to build a strong rapport with clients to allow them to feel safe, secure and willing to be honest and open in sessions. In this way, feelings and thoughts can be evaluated to determine how to reimagine future goals and plans.
