Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adults with a variety of concerns. My background includes serving as an Air Force Psychologist and then working in outpatient mental health seeing adult individuals. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, challenges associated with neurodiversity, and supporting parents of children with special needs. I am a neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

My approach to therapy

It's truly inspiring to witness the courage and growth my clients achieve when they prioritize their mental well-being through therapy. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered approach to setting goals and choosing the best path forward. While my background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy often shapes my perspective, I always prioritize understanding your unique experiences and meeting you where you are.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a truly collaborative environment where your goals are identified and also evolving as we work together to identify sources of distress as well as the meaning and values that make your life more rewarding. I want you to feel fully understood and validated for the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and habits you bring to the table while also having hope that therapeutic growth and change in these areas might enhance your sense of health and happiness in life.
