Great to meet you!

Welcome to Rainbow Row Counseling - where we do therapy a little differently.

I’m Beth, a licensed therapist here to help people navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming parts of being human. My practice is built on the belief that therapy should feel like a safe conversation, not a clinical appointment. Whether you’re wrestling with anxiety, struggling with perfectionism, exploring your identity, or facing a life transition, you don’t have to go through it alone.

My approach to therapy

What sets my work apart is my commitment to creating therapy that works for you — not just on paper, but in real life. That means virtual sessions that fit your schedule, including evenings and weekends, and a welcoming, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in supporting clients in the LGBT community, and I bring lived experience, deep empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence to our work together.

What you can expect from me

This isn’t traditional therapy with stiff chairs and distant conversations. This is a place where we can be real, where humor is welcome, and where your growth and healing are the priority. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that you already have the wisdom you need — I’m just here to help you find it.

So this is where you’ll find me. Sipping coffee and probably being followed around by my dog. Grab a warm mug, throw on a comfy sweatshirt, and we’ll start there.
