Great to meet you!

I was raised in several different countries and all over the U.S.A.. My travels have taught me the value of people, cultures, beliefs, and experiences.

I am open to different faiths, cultures, and communities. I still love to travel but my home is now in Tyler, Texas.

I want to help alleviate suffering, whether generated from past traumatizing experiences or from current experiences. I find a sense of fulfillment in walking alongside others in their healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see you and me as a team: you are the expert of your life and what you want for it and I have all this format training. Together I hope that we can find your path towards healing. I go at your pace. I use a mixture of approaches because I see my clients as whole people with unique strengths, interests, and needs. What works for one, doesn’t necessarily work for another. If you would like more information go to my website or contact me.

What you can expect from our first session

Having unhealed trauma can feel overwhelming and all-consuming.

There is a life beyond the effects of trauma. It is important to find a safe, comforting, and cozy place for you to heal and grow. You want to experience who you truly are free from the burden of trauma. This takes time, work, and self-compassion but it is possible. Let's make those harmful experiences just part of your story.
