Great to meet you!

I’m a social worker with almost 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and work with a wide range of mental health concerns, with particular focus on emerging and young adult life transitions, relationship stress, parenting, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel understood and empowered as we work together toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and steady, where you can speak openly and explore difficult topics at your own pace. Together, we focus not only on symptom relief but on building insight, resilience, and skills that support long-term well-being. Whether you’re navigating a major transition, feeling the strain of relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or seeking support around identity and neurodivergence, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Therapy is not about being “fixed” — it’s about being supported while you grow.

What you can expect from me

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step — and therapy becomes a place to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward intentionally. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in practical strategies that translate into everyday life. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood, not judged, and when your strengths are part of the conversation. If you’re considering starting therapy, I encourage you to reach out. We can talk about what’s bringing you in, what you hope for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. Even small steps toward support can create meaningful momentum, and I’d be honored to be part of that process with you.
