Great to meet you!

With 17+ years of psychiatric nursing experience, I provide medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, addiction, personality disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder. I also offer genetic testing and integrative options when appropriate.

My style is approachable, straightforward, and judgment-free. Mental health can be serious, but psychiatric care doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly clinical. I bring warmth and humor to appointments so you can feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and talking openly about what’s going on. Learn more at bethpembroke.com.

My approach to therapy

My medication management approach is grounded in collaboration. I provide telehealth care to clients across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, New York, Utah, and Washington, ensuring accessible, personalized care regardless of location. Learn more: bethpembroke.com

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation where we’ll review your psychiatric and medical history, what’s currently bothering you, and your treatment goals. Since my focus is medication management rather than therapy, our conversation will center on the information needed to understand your symptoms and determine which medications may be helpful. We’ll prescribe medication when appropriate and schedule your follow-up. Learn more: bethpembroke.com
