Welcome! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of clinical experience. My practice takes a holistic approach, focusing on each client’s unique “life story,” including family dynamics, personal interests, and individual traits.

These are areas I specialize in, along with supporting adults and young adults through life transitions, relationship issues, work/life stress, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and disordered eating or eating disorders.
