Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping you move through life transitions and internal changes. As both an LPC and an RN, I take a holistic approach that engages the mind, body, and spirit through a neuroscience-informed Positive Psychology framework. Together, we’ll explore how positive thoughts influence the brain, body, tendencies, habits, perceptions, and behaviors, while balancing mind, body, and spirit so you can identify your inner resources, thrive, and make the most of your precious life.

My approach to therapy

I bring over two decades of healthcare experience to help you hone in on and transform your current challenges into something you feel more comfortable living with. I provide a non-judgmental, sacred space where you can explore and discover what truly works for you and what does not, and together we will use brief, solution-focused, evidence-based interventions to help you reach your goals. Along the way, I may integrate mindfulness, contemplative practices, creativity, cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian-informed Gestalt therapy, and dream work to support you in tapping into your curiosity, motivation, acceptance, clarity, and wisdom.

What you can expect from me

We will take time to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit for your current needs, and if we decide to move forward together, we’ll create a personalized plan of care. My goal is for you to leave our very first session feeling hopeful and with a sense of satisfaction that you’ve taken an important first step on your journey.
