When your child's needs surpass your capacity, finding the right helper who can provide the right support is necessary. Helping struggling kids and families is my passion! I help children through a play therapy model which helps them learn how to express their thoughts and feelings appropriately, increases their self-esteem, increases their self-regulation, and they ultimately learn to accept responsibility for their behavior.

Whether through child-centered play therapy or parent sessions focused on learning new skills to strengthen your relationship, I help my clients improve communication and connection, help parents understand their child's emotional needs, and overcome challenges with empathy.
