Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, mental health is essential for living your best life. Seeking help can be challenging, but you have already taken an important step toward improving your happiness and life satisfaction. I have been practicing for 20 years, and for the past 10 years, my primary focus has been working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and distorted thinking.

My approach to therapy

Everyone deserves an individualized approach to care. The therapeutic journey is a partnership between myself and the individual. Open communication, warmth, and a nonjudgmental, supportive environment are essential. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, during which you can share your story and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. In a warm and welcoming environment, I provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable being vulnerable. Together, we will identify your goals, and in our following sessions, we will work collaboratively to make those goals a reality.
