Great to meet you!

You bring your goals and strengths and I’ll bring a fresh perspective and tools that empower. Integrating mindfulness, creative arts, or your spiritual practices enhances my pragmatic, behavioral approach. Bonus: Free weekly women’s virtual group forming.

My approach to therapy

As Past President of Phila Behavior Therapy Association, I use a range of research-based cognitive, behavioral, positive psychology, Gestalt, and mindfulness approaches. I am also trained and enjoy working with women going through peri-menopause and menopause. Together we break down challenges, explore their history, clarify & prioritize steps, practice skills, and co-create plans. Taking a holistic approach, we'll generate positive outcomes and relationships!

What you can expect from me

I am a very open person and clinician, you will feel you get to know me, even as I get to know you - your values, your strengths and your goals. I collect details through the intake ahead of time so even in our first meeting, I hope you will end with a few fresh steps to get moving on a positive journey with my help.
