Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Beth (she/her). I'm a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor. I specialize in working with: young adults/adults/older adults of all genders, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people involved in the criminal legal system. I support clients in developing self awareness, strategies, and coping skills to navigate life's challenges; including anxiety, depression, relationships, substance use, trauma, anger management, and general stress. When I'm not in session, I enjoy yoga, hiking, cooking, spending time with friends and family and gardening.

My approach to therapy

I bring an open-minded, warm and conversational approach to therapy sessions. I meet each client where they are by creating a collaborative space to identify and achieve goals. I utilize evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to identify shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you want to achieve in therapy. We'll collaborate to identify your goals! I work to create a welcoming, warm environment that allows you to be vulnerable in a secure and comfortable space.
