Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia and a National Certified Counselor. I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regent University. I also have a BS in Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University. I have broad experience in counseling, which has allowed me to work with a diverse group of people from various backgrounds and symptom presentations.

My approach to therapy

Trauma treatments I have studied include Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Hypnotherapy. I'm Prepare/Enrich certified to help pre-married and married couples with relationship challenges.

I have also studied in-depth blended families with stepfamily expert Ron Deal and grief and loss.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you during your most challenging times

I believe a client needs to feel heard and their feelings validated. I want my clients to have hope to take with them.
