I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 30 years of clinical experience. I received my MSW from Columbia University in NY. I also received 2 years of additional psychotherapeutic training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and the Washington Square Institute in New York City.

First sessions often include some basic questions about your background, strengths and limitations in your life. You can share what lead you to therapy and what you hope to achieve.
