Great to meet you!

I use an authentic approach to therapy; I find that my clients respond well to me being myself with them, so that they then feel comfortable being themselves with me. I also use art therapy in my practice, although it is not a requirement.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-led, I tend to ask questions and take things slowly at first. I like to incorporate the client's background, and ask relevant questions about the past that seem to contribute to current patterns in current relationships.

What you can expect from me

Usually I like to ask my clients if they want to start with the most pressing issue, or if they want to start with more of a discussion about their background. I like to answer any questions my clients have for me about my background, approach, and experience in the field.
