Hi, I'm Beth, a social worker therapist. As a lifelong gardener, I'm a patient, careful observer of what it takes for living beings to grow and thrive. I have insight into the ways our personal struggles play out in the world, and vice versa. One size doesn't fit all, and I'll walk alongside you with curiosity and care to help untangle the knots and unstick the blocks that are getting you down.
I work with adults using a holistic, relational approach to therapy. I'll help you understand the messages of your heart, mind, body, and environment, connecting these important pathways to find clarity and alignment. I am trained in the body-based practice of somatic experiencing, and also incorporate the healing power of nature into my sessions. I encourage clients to use the therapeutic container to express uncomfortable or suppressed emotions without judgment.
My clients have described my presence as calm and protective. Seeking help can be vulnerable, and I work to create a space where you feel comfortable opening up about what's on your heart. In our first session, we will discuss what's bringing you into therapy and work together to understand the right direction for treatment.
