Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a leap of faith and I am so glad that you are here.

You might be carrying old wounds, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling like you've lost the thread back to yourself. Therapy is a place to slow down, get curious, and begin to understand the patterns that have been shaping your life.

With over 20 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and healers, I offer trauma-informed individual therapy that meets you exactly where you are.

Together, we will create the space for you to come home to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, safe, and connected space for people to be seen and heal. “Therapy” can be an intimidating word. It's okay to come to therapy scared, unsure, and questioning. I will meet you wherever you are.

I take an eclectic approach to the work and will individualize treatment based on your needs and goals. I am comfortable working with multiple modalities including evidence-based trauma therapies like TF-CBT and EMDR, somatic and body-based practices, Mindfulness, attachment theory and traditional relational psychotherapy.

If this is your first time trying therapy, I am here to help you dip your toe in and get comfortable. If you are diving into the deep work, I am ready, willing and able.

What you can expect from me

Each therapeutic relationship is unique, each treatment pace is different, and we will create what therapy looks like together.

To begin, let's get to know one another. I want to understand your goals and how you hope that therapy can support your quality of life. The therapeutic relationship is so important. If you feel safe, connected and seen in therapy, that will be foundational to your healing and growth.

Social justice is a core value that shapes everything I do. I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for all clients, and to ongoing reflection about how my identity as a white, cisgender woman influences my work and our therapeutic relationship.
