Great to meet you!

Welcome! I would be honored to walk this journey of change with you. I have a master's degree in Community Counseling and a graduate certificate in Couples and Family Counseling. Having worked in higher education for over 30 years, I enjoy working with young adults and older adults. I am intrigued by all of the transitions in life, which could be related to identity, phase of life issues, all types of relationships, as well as more general issues related to mental health and life functioning.

My approach to therapy

I walk along side my clients as they navigate life's challenges and triumphs. I am supportive, engaging, and use humor in my approach. I have additional training in couples counseling, EMDR (trauma treatment), and am a lifelong learner.

What you can expect from me

I work closely with my clients to reach their goals in counseling and provide a safe, welcoming space to be themselves. Clients can expect to get curious about themselves and the world around them, without judgment, and learn and grown in a supportive space. http://www.wrobelcounseling.com
