Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. Starting or coming back to therapy can feel like the right step and still feel difficult. Life is full of both/ands: "I am struggling and I will be okay," "I have a great job and I'm still feeling depressed." I am here to support you through the dualities of life and help you carry and navigate both. My approach is warm, friendly, gentle, and at times directive. I won't ever tell you what decision to make, but I will support you in figuring out what makes sense for you.

My approach to therapy

Like many therapists practicing, I use a lot of different modalities suited to your individual needs. I use CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and FLASH therapy. My main modality is self-compassion, and my practice is rooted in helping you accept yourself, life decisions, while helping you figure out where you want to go and who you want to be moving forward.

What you can expect from me

One of the most important parts of therapy is feeling comfortable and connected to your therapist.
