Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest seasons of life aren't caused by one single event. Instead, stress slowly builds over time through relationship struggles, caregiving responsibilities, family conflict, grief, divorce, health concerns, or major life changes until one day you realize you're carrying more than you can manage alone.

With nearly two decades of experience working with adults, couples, families, and seniors throughout Florida, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, family stress, or major life transitions, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person brings their own relationships, values, strengths, losses, and challenges into therapy, and my role is to understand the bigger picture while helping you create meaningful change.

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused approaches. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship conflict, caregiving stress, or family transitions, we'll focus on practical strategies that support meaningful and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first sessions, we'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support in an environment where your experiences are respected and your goals matter. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen healthy coping skills, improve communication and relationships, and create realistic goals that help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
