Great to meet you!

With nearly two decades of experience in the helping field, I bring a compassionate, knowledgeable, and client-centered approach to therapy. I earned my Masters degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work in 2013. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including therapeutic group homes for adolescents, Intensive Outpatient Programs, school-based services, Emergency Mobile Crisis, and outpatient care.

I work with individuals ages 17 and older and strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, respect, and genuine care.

My approach to therapy

I have experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, family conflict, low self-esteem, grief and loss, PTSD, and challenges with social skills. Together, we can work toward building insight, developing practical coping tools, and helping you feel more confident and grounded in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and guided by your goals. I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on your existing abilities while helping you build new skills.

Together, we’ll create clear, realistic goals that are meaningful to you and allow you to track your progress over time. You can expect to gain practical tools, increased self-awareness, and greater confidence in managing life’s challenges.

You are in control of your therapy journey, and we will regularly check in to ensure our work continues to meet your needs and support your growth.
