Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, balance, and confidence. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with the goal of creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, seen, respected, and empowered.

I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado, in Colorado Springs and have 7 years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Throughout my career, I have worked in non profits, community clinics and private practices supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns.

I specialize in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, grief, self-esteem, women and survivors of Domestic Violence

My therapeutic style integrates CBT, TF-CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma informed care. I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel understood and supported. Whether you are seeking help for a specific concern or looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you on your path toward growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using a collaborative, supportive, and client-centered approach. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership—where we work together to understand your experiences, identify goals, and develop practical strategies for change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist client's in their therapeutic work.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a comfortable foundation for our work together. This session is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

We’ll review important background information, including your personal history, current concerns, and any goals you may have for therapy. I may ask questions to better understand your experiences, but there is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. The pace is always guided by your comfort level.

I’ll also explain how therapy works, discuss confidentiality and logistics, and collaborate with you to begin identifying goals for treatment. By the end of the session, many clients leave with a clearer understanding of next steps and what our work together might look like moving forward.

Most importantly, the first session is about building connection and trust. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident about continuing the therapeutic process.
