Great to meet you!

What if you're not an angry person, maybe you're a person who's been through a lot and never had anywhere to put it? Most of my clients are adults carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship and attachment struggles they've never had space to fully talk through, including people who've learned to just push through, and people who've spent years holding everything together for everyone else.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience, the last 3 focused primarily on adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and attachment wounds. My sessions are soft but straightforward. There's no pressure, no jargon, just consistent work at your pace.

My approach to therapy

My current clients often describe me as warm, calming, and easy to talk to. I believe feeling connected to your therapist is a huge part of healing, so I work to create a space that's judgment-free from session one. Starting therapy can bring up uncertainty, so I check in regularly during our first few sessions to see how the process feels for you. My goal is a relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration, a steady, compassionate presence whether we're working through difficult emotions, exploring personal growth, or navigating life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I like to start by introducing myself and sharing a bit about who I am, including what inspired me to become a therapist. Building genuine connection matters to me, so I want you to have a sense of who I am and how I approach our work together. We'll talk through my therapeutic style, the modalities I use, and what you can expect from sessions, and I'll answer any questions so you feel informed moving forward. Most importantly, I want to learn about you, what brings you to therapy, what you're facing, and what you hope to get out of it. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of the process and whether I feel like the right fit.
