Great to meet you!

Growing up can be a big adventure, and sometimes kids need a little extra support along the way. I strive to create a safe, fun space where kids and teens feel heard, accepted, and free to be themselves. Together, we can explore big feelings, build confidence, learn coping skills, and navigate life’s ups and downs!

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help kids and teens understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in age-appropriate ways. I may also incorporate play, creative activities, and other techniques to help children build coping skills, confidence, and work toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, have some fun, and see if we’re a good fit. Finding the right therapist is a little like finding the right pair of shoes—it should feel comfortable! Your child doesn’t need to have all the answers. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
