Great to meet you!

I bring several years of experience from both my Master's training in marriage and family therapy as well as from my training as a clinical psychologist. I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients, who have presented with issues related to age and phase of life transitions, struggles related to motherhood/parenting, severe mental illness, developmental disorders, substance abuse, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe good therapy stems from a trusting and collaborative relationship we will build together. My goal is to create a space in which you feel able to explore your feelings and challenge your beliefs to help you achieve your goals. To do this, I often make observations, relay personal experiences/anecdotes, and use humor to create that type of space.

My commitment is to offer personalized care and support tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to help you gain clarity and insight, which will help to overcome obstacles like negative beliefs or patterns that are limiting you. We will develop practical tools and strategies you can apply in everyday life.

In order to achieve that, I will create a safe and nonjudgmental space that will allow for honest exploration of your thoughts and emotions.
