Great to meet you!

PLEASE NOTE: All new clients must first book a 15-minute phone consultation. Any full session booked as an initial appointment will be canceled and rescheduled as a consultation.

Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. Therapy is us working together so you can feel more comfortable accepting who you truly are. I believe you deserve a space where you can show up as you are — complicated, unsure, and sometimes even overwhelmed. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, helping them better understand themselves, work through life's challenges, and develop more compassion for who they are. Whether you're figuring out relationships, feeling stuck, or dealing with a little bit of everything, you don't have to navigate it alone. I also believe laughter has its place in the healing process! Together, we'll make room for the hard conversations, the small victories, and even a little humor along the way. You don't have to be perfect; you just have to show up as you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on you. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and trauma-informed care to support clients in understanding themselves and creating meaningful change. In my clinical work, I've supported adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions through individual and group counseling, treatment planning, and coping-skills development.

I believe our experiences shape us, but they don't have to define us. Together, we'll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that fit your life. I'll meet you with curiosity, not judgment, and we'll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I also believe therapy can include laughter alongside the hard stuff—because healing is meaningful work, but every moment doesn't have to feel heavy. You don't need to have it all figured out to get started; we'll figure things out together.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I want you to feel comfortable from the start. Before we get started, we'll have a brief 15-minute phone conversation to connect, discuss what you're looking for in therapy, and see if we're a good fit.

All sessions are conducted through telehealth, so you can attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space. During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and explore what you'd like to work toward. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—that's part of what we're here to work through together!

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and free to show up as your authentic self. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with room for tough conversations and a little laughter along the way. You don't have to navigate everything alone.
