Great to meet you!

My primary focus and passion is working with children and adolescents. I have also found a passion for working in men's issues, grief, and trauma. I am a mom of 3 boys diagnosed with ADHD. My goal as a counselor is to help those in our communities to communicate their thoughts, needs, or emotions more productively in order to build stronger bonds AND healthy relationships. I hope to help parents, children, teens, couples, and families in building skills to become stronger, confident, and more resilient in all aspects of their lives moving forward. Lets all be better humans!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered. I offer a place to feel welcome and accepted for who you are while being an active part in your treatment and skills building. I want you to feel safe, welcome, and encouraged to offer your thoughts, opinions, reservations, and critiques to me so that we can work together to get you where YOU want to be in your life.

What you can expect from me

My primary goal with any new client is making them feel welcome and accepted for anything they are struggling with. I hope to make a client feel safe and secure in their decision to speak with me. I aim to answer questions, exchange information, and assist with any questions or concerns that the potential client may have.
