Bethany Huffman

I am a compassionate therapist who prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships to support my clients' healing journeys. As a queer therapist, I am dedicated to serving LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating religious trauma, neurodiversity, and other marginalized identities.

She specializes in trauma, dissociation, and complex attachment wounds, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR and parts work. With a focus on individual needs, she integrates various modalities, including somatic therapies and therapeutic yoga.

I tailor treatment plans to whatever goals the client is interested in addressing and add in my specializations. Typically it looks like exploring current struggles, tracing it back to where they began, and processing through the root cause of them. I also often include practice with emotional regulation and strategies to manage daily life stressors.
