Great to meet you!

I received my master of social work in 2018, specializing in life transitions, grief, attachment, trauma, depression, anxiety and substance use disorder. Life is heavy and sometimes we need space to hit the pause button, reflect and be witnessed in all of our experience. We aren't meant to walk any of this alone. I believe therapy is an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of oneself so that you can set down the patterns, behaviors, beliefs and stories that no longer serve you and step more fully into your truth. Healing happens through connection, and I am here to walk alongside of you on the path.

My approach to therapy

I approach this work as a guide and facilitator, inviting you into a space to slow down and find safety within self, to unpack the stories you have carried, to regulate a nervous system that deserves peace and find your truest self. The answers have always been within you, therapy offers the space to connect to your inner knowing. Let's get back there together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I hope to create the space needed for you to begin the journey towards building a life of alignment. The therapeutic relationship provides the framework and foundation of the inner work ahead. We will create clarity surrounding the goals you have for therapy, the barriers you are facing in the present, the pain you carry and create a path towards healing together.
