Great to meet you!

As a psychotherapist and advanced certified hypnotherapist who takes a holistic approach to mental health, I truly believe that each person holds within them the ability within them to heal. I am to provide a warm and affirming environment for my clients to fully bring all of themselves to therapy. I specialize in religious trauma, women's issues and life transitions, while also incorporating spirituality and interfaith traditions when important to my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In the therapeutic relationship, I look to my client as the expert in their own life, as well as the keeper of their own innate wisdom that can be tapped into. As your therapist, my role is to help guide you through the journey of connecting deeper with yourself. Our work together will be collaborative, and could include a number of different modalities such as Brainspotting, guided meditation, or hypnotherapy, to help you dive deeper into your healing and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, you will be provided the space to share your story and your goals and hopes for your therapeutic journey. As a collaborative team, we will figure out together the best goals at the time, and manageable steps forward in order to reach those goals. Throughout our work together, I hope to provide you with a warm space to feel free to be vulnerable, express your emotions and feelings with honesty, and be able to connect more deeply to your most authentic self.
