I have a passion for people who have experienced trauma. I believe in looking beyond symptoms to find the root cause of an issue and strive to make sure clients are not only heard but understood. There are reasons behind the behaviors and feelings that mark our lives, and I want to help people discover what those reasons are and how to address them.

I use a trauma-aware/trauma-focused, non-pathologizing approach for all my clients. I offer EMDR therapy and talk therapy for ages 11+, and child-centered and/or directive play therapy as needed for children ages 3-10. I acknowledge the unique situations of each client and seek to empower them to make decisions that will be beneficial to them.
