Great to meet you!

Master's in Education in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Certificate from Lamar University. I specialize in ADHD, Women's issues, Integrated Mental Health, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I have seen clients ranging from age 3 to 76 so far in my 5-year career as a Licensed Therapist. I am fresh out of education after being a teacher and school counselor in a 20-year career.

My approach to therapy

I take an Adlerian approach to counseling, shaped in part by my mentorship with Dr. James Sulliman, creator of the Sulliman Scale of Social Interest. At the same time, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral strategies, Solution‐Focused work, and traditional talk therapy. I also integrate holistic and nutritional perspectives, because your mental and physical health are deeply connected. I don’t believe in one‐size‐fits‐all solutions — every person deserves support that’s tailored to their unique story, strengths, and needs.

What you can expect from me

I love teaching my clients and giving them practical information and strategies they can use right away. My goal is always to support both your mental and physical wellbeing, because they’re deeply connected. I genuinely enjoy exploring holistic and alternative approaches when they can enhance your healing. At the end of our work together, I want you to feel knowledgeable, confident, and fully equipped to continue thriving long after therapy ends.
