Great to meet you!

I'm a relatable therapist. I attribute my self growth to counseling, mindfulness, yoga, & community. Starting age 12, I had overwhelming anxiety which later led to addiction. When I finally opened up to a counselor my life changed for the good. I learned how to navigate emotions & embrace myself. I believe it important for people to share their story to break stigma. With that said, I share mine. Since 2013, I'm proud to say I have successfully maintained recovery from substances and I'm LGBTQ.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe choices in treatment are important. Maybe you're hesitant about new techniques and that is ok because you have the option to stick solely with traditional approaches. I have a colorful background with an assortment of training that has laid the foundation of my holistic specializations. I am a certified RYT 500 instructor, have studied Reiki since 2016, traveled the world, and photographed professionally. My counseling is filtered through a holistic and creative lens

What you can expect from our first session

Change is possible for you and so is your ability to thrive. In our counseling sessions, the focus is on your journey and together we will discover what your goals, passions, and desires are for your own unique life. I will hold space for you that provides compassion and acceptance. I will believe in you, even if you don't currently believe in your own self!
