Hi, I'm Bethany, a native New Englander now living in the Sunshine State. Counseling is a second career for me: I was a high school teacher. Later when I was overwhelmed and crushed by a series of difficult circumstances, therapy changed my life for the better. That's when I knew I wanted to provide that same hope to others, so I went back to school in my 40s to pursue my dream. Most of my clients are adult women who feel lost, stuck or disappointed by life.
I genuinely love talking with people! I have a friendly disposition and have been told all my life that I'm easy to talk to. I focus on how relationships and experiences shape who we are and how we view the world around us. From this lens, I can help you identify problem areas that are keeping you stuck or unfulfilled. I'm friendly, supportive, and compassionate, and I love to provide faith-based Christian counseling when requested.
