I enjoy walking with my clients in a way that empowers them to make the decisions that are best for their own lives. I view clients as the experts of their lives, and I can bring coping skills to the table that help them make the changes that are important to them. While we focus on growth, we also focus on building a relationship that empowers open and honest communication in a nonjudgmental atmosphere.
