Bethany Stapinski

I am experienced in working with clients who present with mood disorders, depression, panic and anxiety, neurodiversity, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and other mental health issues. I have 5+ years of experience working with diverse populations which includes Children 5+, Adolescents, Teens, Young Adults, and Active Duty Military Personnel. I am also a credentialed Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Qualified RCSWI Supervisor.

I use several treatment modalities including, but not limited to; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Play Therapy Techniques. I am a strengths-based and client-centered therapist that believes my role as a therapist is to provide unwavering support for my clients.

I believe that therapy/counseling is not one-size-fits-all experience. Every client is unique and has their own individual learning styles, lived-experiences, and wants/needs. I tailor my clients sessions in a way that meets their individual wants/needs. I present my clients with the necessary tools/skills to help them achieve their mental wellness goals.
