Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with individuals who are working through life's hardships, and willing to work on the barriers that may have you feeling stuck, confused, or inadequate. I have experience with teenagers, adults, and families addressing various types of mental health issues. Such as, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic spectrum disorders, and attachment trauma.

If also love working with individuals who experience prenatal/ postnatal maternal mental health, and the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I use empirically supported approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment, and Interpersonal theories. My approach is relational, while allowing my clinical experience to be foundation for our work together.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy, particularly after an experience where you may have felt hurt, misunderstood, or have an increase in stress overwhelming. I believe people can find healing by sharing their story, and work on becoming their more authentic self. My hope if that through honesty, authenticity, and humor I can build your trust to support you in this journey.
