Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I offer compassionate and effective therapy for people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and obsessive compulsive personality disorder (OCPD).

I am on a mission to bring flexibility and bravery to people who are rigid or stuck!

I would be happy to set up a brief call with you to see if I'm a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

My clinical style is direct and action oriented, while also bringing a friendly and light-hearted attitude and lots of encouragement! As we get to know each other, we will clarify what is most important to you in your life, and we will find ways to realign your life with your values. I will help keep you accountable to trying new things and following through with your plans.

What you can expect from me

I often help clients accomplish the following in therapy:

  • Becoming more interpersonally effective
  • Moving away from rigidity and toward flexibility
  • Becoming less fearful of intrusive thoughts
  • Breaking out of compulsive behavior or other harmful cycles
  • Living life in the present moment instead of ruminating about the past or worrying about the future
  • Making life more about living fully instead of about avoiding uncomfortable experiences
