I am a Licensed Independant Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and tailored to meet the needs of each individual with a strong focus on relationship and connection.

What you can expect from our first session

Some of the therapeutic modalities used in treatment include cognitive-behavioral therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, EMDR, somatic experiencing, narrative and art therapies. My experience has provided the opportunity to encounter and specialize in a broad range of situations: including depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, life changes, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, trauma, and foster care/ adoption related issues.
