Great to meet you!

I have a passion for this work and have spent years gaining experience in this field and honing my craft. I like to keep up with cutting-edge innovations, along with the tried and true approaches. Even though we are working with serious issues, there is room for fun and joy in therapy.

My approach to therapy

Since I am a trauma specialist, my approach is strength based, bringing out your positive attributes as well as your challenges. You may be stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or are unsure how to reconnect with your strength and hope. Therapy offers a space to process what you have been carrying, and begin creating meaningful change. I am solution-focused, and believe that dramatic change can be quicker than you think.

What you can expect from me

At our first session I would like to get a sense of you as a whole person, learning your strengths, your support system, what you do for fun as well as your challenges. Together, we will collaborate on a plan to achieve what you want to be different inside you and what you want to be different in your life as a whole.
