Great to meet you!

You're with your baby all day and somehow feel the loneliest you've ever been. Maybe you're wondering why something you always imagined would feel so different, or asking yourself if you'll ever feel like yourself again. Maybe emotions are showing up that confuse or even scare you, or your relationship with your partner has shifted in ways you didn't expect. I work with individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and early parenthood. I also support people through grief, anxiety, relationship strain, and the life transitions that quietly reshape who you thought you were. Clients often describe me as warm and collaborative, someone who makes it feel safe to finally say the things you haven't been able to say out loud.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, seen, and supported. Together, we explore the emotions, needs, and protective patterns that have been shaping your experience, getting curious about what's underneath without judgment. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working alongside families facing serious illness, an experience that shaped how deeply I believe in showing up for people during the hardest moments of their lives. That understanding lives in every session. We work best together if you are navigating pregnancy or the postpartum period, grieving an infertility journey or a loss, or carrying the weight of a relationship that has quietly shifted.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will feel more like a conversation than a clinical intake. I want to hear your story and give you space to share what has brought you here. I see clients both in person and online, so we can find the format that fits your life right now. Therapy can hold both depth and lightness, and I often find there is room for humor along the way. When you are ready, or even just curious about what this might look like, I would love to connect.
