Betsy Sitrin Rubenstein

Hello, my name is Betsy Rubenstein, LCSW, MS. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master's degree in Social Work and Erikson Institute with a Master of Science in Child Development. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in healthcare, school, private practice, and community agency settings.

I am empathic and aim to create a safe space for open communication and building trust through genuine understanding of my clients. I also demonstrate a non judgmental acceptance towards my clients and strive to meet and understand them where they are in their journey.I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing issues regarding self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, pregnancy and postpartum, stress management, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Through a warm and collaborative approach, I work to build a safe and supportive foundation for my clients. I aim to help individuals gain self awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, create positive change, become empowered to manage future challenges, and to feel more comfortable and balanced in their lives.
