Great to meet you!

Hi! I am an LCSW with a MSW from Binghamton University, and did my undergraduate work at the University of Oregon. I work with all ages group, from all backgrounds. I have been in this field since my first internship at an in-patient youth treatment center 25 years ago. I am inspired by the strength people find from their stories, and that resilience means that healing is always possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe wellbeing comes from nurturing all parts of ourselves, mind, body and spirit. I help clients heal relational wounds and strengthen their connection to Self. My integrative, client-centered approach supports people to move beyond feeling stuck and rediscover their capacity for growth. I am here to support clients in their journey of finding more balance and harmony within themselves.

What you can expect from me

I will meet you where you are at, wherever that may be. I believe that real change happens in supportive and safe environments. With compassion and curiosity, we will create that space for you to explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself, and any parts of you that may feel lost.
